It’s a struggle. It’s hard. It’s always on my mind. From the moment I wake up.
Struggling
Sometimes you can have a lot of thoughts, and they could get very overwhelming. Thoughts affect moves moves. Affect your thoughts and so does emotions. It’s like a constant loop.
We all have down days. It’s a lot harder to live yourself at times, but how do you show self care on those days too?
What happens when you restrict? Your natural reaction is going to be to eat enough, whether it’s going to be through a binge sooner or later. For me, it was more the struggle of the mental restrictions for so many years. I get to obsessed over counting calories decreasing my calories to the point where it’s too low and I have no energy. Calorie counting. It’s just not for me.
I am sure a lot of us want to lose weight healthy way, Google tells us we should maybe start counting calories, but for me, counting calories, is the most unhealthy way I could lose weight mentally and physically.
Some thing I see common in the small boutique, I work at, we sell clothing, and I often see comments about weight and appearance of family members. In fact, I have it in my own life. I’m curious if any of you have similar situations, comment down below.
Whether it’s Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, New Year’s Eve, July 4, or any holiday. This is a good mentality and go to start working towards.
It is hard around the holidays when there’s many Temptations, but we are creatures of habits the key ingredient of forming good habits in breaking bad ones is focusing on what you want to do and not what you want to stop doing. Someone with food, addiction, or eating disorder past/behavior may relate to some of these things I have said. My intention is to only tried to help people and know that you guys are not alone if you do have these thoughts. These are some ways I fight these thoughts and I thought I would share it with you.

Finances can be a difficult topic, and can become a stressful part of life if not managed properly, I encourage you to spend less than you earn, although that is a simple fact, it is easier said than done. During the holidays, or living with family, food and an be everywhere and make it hard to stick with your plan.
