I am obsessed with Sarah Hoover and this conversation only made it worse. She is an art world figure, a mother, and the author of The Motherload, a memoir that goes to places most women are terrified to admit out loud. It has full on modern day Sex and the City energy except it is real life, it is messy, and it actually matters. A must read. We talked about the disconnect between what we are promised motherhood will feel like and what it actually felt like for her. The shame of looking fine on the outside. The rage. The recovery. Sarah is honest in a way that is genuinely rare and this conversation had that same energy. We laughed, we got into it, and I left so inpsired. This one is not only for every woman who has ever wondered if something was wrong with her for not feeling what she was supposed to feel, but for any woman. It reads like your favorite TV show but with true soul. Run dont walk. With The Devil Wears Prada 2 coming out, I had to bring on my longtime best friend Cynthia Smith — former Vogue assistant, fashion insider, and the original style icon of our friend group. We talk about our Sex and the City obsession, 2000s fashion culture, Met Gala chaos, celebrity encounters, Paris Fashion Week, and what it was really like inside the world that inspired The Devil Wears Prada. Truly one of my favorite conversations ever. Produced by Dear Media See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
The episode you've all been asking for. My honest, light, fun take on how I became the mom I am without losing myself in the process. Boundaries, sleep training, integrating kids into my life instead of rebuilding it around them, and a rapid fire round of all the things Davide and I decided before we ever had kids. Happy mom, happy kids, no bending over backwards required. I’m walking you through a very real day in my life, then getting into everything I’ve been processing lately—from motherhood and identity to the overwhelming response after opening up about Carmela. I also talk friendship breakups, internet drama, and why I’ve learned to stop overthinking the “why” when people leave your life. It’s a mix of honesty, perspective, and figuring it out in real time. love you and hope you enjoy!! This week I sat down with my long-time friend Melanie Masarin, the French-born founder of Ghia, the non-alcoholic aperitif that quietly changed the way we think about drinking. Melanie is someone I've turned to for advice over the years, and getting to finally sit down and go deep with her on how she built one of the most aesthetically singular brands of our time was something I've wanted to do for a long time. Melanie grew up around the ritual of the aperitivo, summers near the Mediterranean where a drink before dinner was never really about alcohol. It was about slowing down, gathering, being present. When she stopped drinking, she couldn't find anything worth holding in her hand. So she made it herself. We talked about what it actually takes to build something from scratch, the 55 formulations before she landed on the one, the $900k she raised from her own network before anyone else believed in it, and how she turned sobriety into something genuinely aspirational rather than a compromise. Ghia was never a mocktail brand. It was always a worldview. This is a conversation about taste, restraint, obsession, and what happens when you build something that didn't exist yet. There are very few people in this world who I would describe as a genuine authority on anything, but Yolanda Edwards is the real deal and I will not hear otherwise. She is the former Creative Director of Condé Nast Traveler, the founder and publisher of Yolo Journal, which is honestly the most beautiful and inspiring travel publication in existence right now, and one of the most curious, well-traveled, tasteful humans I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Yolo Journal, both the print quarterly and the Substack, has completely changed how I think about travel. It is not a guide. It is an experience. And Yolanda is the reason for that. I got to sit down with her in New York, which felt right, and we talked about where she is obsessed with right now, the places she keeps returning to, and how she actually thinks about travel at this moment. I genuinely learn something every single time I talk to this woman. Aimee Raupp is a women's health and fertility expert, licensed acupuncturist, and bestselling author of Yes, You Can Get Pregnant and she is one of my all-time favorite guests to have on this show. Every time I talk to Aimee I leave feeling like I can take on the world, and this conversation was no different. In a moment when one in six women worldwide are dealing with fertility challenges, a number that has only grown, having the right information in your corner is everything. Aimee's whole philosophy is about shifting the narrative: from infertility-focused to fertility-focused, and from doubt to belief in your body's innate power to heal and conceive. She covers everything from egg quality and hormones to the emotional and psychological components of fertility that most providers completely overlook. This is the episode to send to anyone in their TTC journey who feels dismissed, overwhelmed, or like time is running out. Aimee is the breath of fresh air and the confidence boost we all need. Follow her, you will not regret it. Produced by Dear Media See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
I'm not subtle about my love for WishGarden Herbs - and this episode is basically me getting to talk shop with the woman behind the medicine, Dr. Erin Stokes. She's a naturopathic doctor, the Medical Director at WishGarden, and genuinely one of the most grounded, knowledgeable people I've had on the show. The kind of person who makes you feel like you've been doing wellness wrong and completely right at the same time. We get into everything - how she thinks about plant-based healing, what actually makes an herbal formula worth taking, why most of what's on supplement shelves doesn't cut it, and what sets WishGarden apart in a market full of noise. We also talk about how she came to naturopathic medicine, what her own daily routine looks like, and why she believes herbs aren't a last resort - they're a first line of defense. This is the kind of conversation that makes you want to overhaul your medicine cabinet, call your mom, and immediately place an order. Fair warning: you will leave this episode with a very full cart and zero regrets. WishGarden has been a staple in my home for a long time, and after this conversation, I love them even more. This week I’m joined by the endlessly funny Kate Berlant, and we get into everything- from being “influenced” into buying literally everything, to caffeine addictions, routines we can’t stick to, and the chaos of being chronically online. Today it’s a solo episode. I’m walking you through my current morning and evening routine — the workouts, supplements, skincare, and tiny rituals that are helping me feel energized and actually keep up with life right now. From 6am workouts and homemade oat milk to the supplements I swear by, what I’m eating lately, and the wind-down routine that helps me sleep. I also get into mom life, how our family approaches routines with the kids, why I’m trying to simplify things instead of overcomplicate them, and a few thoughts on staying present while life moves way too fast. Produced by Dear Media See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
This week I’m joined by nutritionist and metabolic expert Lauren Papanos to talk about hormones, metabolism, and why so many women feel like they’re doing everything right but nothing is working. We get into the real drivers behind weight plateaus, inflammation, and hormone imbalance- and why fasting, overtraining, and under-eating can backfire during our reproductive years. Lauren breaks down the hormones most doctors aren’t testing for, how minerals impact thyroid function, and what actually supports metabolism, fertility, and long-term hormone health. We also talk about strength training, carbs, and the lifestyle shifts that can make the biggest difference. My bestie Whitney Davis is back in my childhood bedroom and we go everywhere: autism, anxiety, collective consciousness, entrepreneurship, parenting two completely different nervous systems, and the courage to build what you know you’re meant to build. This week I sit down with Sheena Zadeh, the founder of Kosas, for one of the most grounding and inspiring conversations I’ve had. We talk about everything from intuition and motherhood to rebuilding your life after unimaginable loss. Sheena shares how Kosas was born from her own wellness journey, how becoming a mom shifted the way she executes and creates, and what it’s been like to rebuild her home and sense of safety after the LA fires. We get into leadership, creativity, skincare (her routine is shockingly simple), and what it means to stay connected to yourself even while running a rapidly growing company. This episode is emotional, honest, and full of the kind of wisdom that makes you breathe a little deeper. I walked away so inspired by Sheena’s resilience and clarity, and I think you will too. Hi my loves!! In this solo, I’m opening up about something I’ve tiptoed around for years: how much I genuinely love being a mother. I talk about choosing joy over fear, parenting with intention, navigating privilege with humility, setting boundaries with Davide, reframing overwhelm, and the little mindset tricks that help me stay grounded- even on the days when Carlo is whining nonstop and Carmela can basically read my thoughts. This one is equal parts vulnerable, practical, and rooted in what’s brought me the most happiness: autonomy, mastery, and purpose. I hope you enjoy!! Hi! Here's a breakdown of the little cluster-f**k that was the start to my year, including the dog, incident, getting a minor lil surgery and what I learned from slowing down. I went into this interview a little nervous - because let’s be honest, Mariana van Zeller is famously serious. She interviews assassins, drug lords, traffickers, and people living in the darkest corners of the world. I was fully prepared for an intense, heavy conversation. Instead… we laughed. A lot. This episode ended up being funny, warm, surprising, and genuinely joyful - while still being jaw-dropping. Mariana shares what it was like moving to Syria right out of college to become a reporter, the surreal moments of being picked up in the middle of the night, blindfolded, and driven somewhere unknown, and an interview where she wasn’t allowed to bring a phone and had no idea where she was going. We also talk about the personal side of a life spent taking massive risks - how her husband and family support her completely, how she manages fear, and what it really takes to walk into dangerous spaces with empathy instead of ego. This conversation reminded me that the bravest people aren’t hardened - they’re human, curious, and often unexpectedly funny. Mariana is all of that and more, and this ended up being one of my favorite interviews I’ve ever done. This week, I’m sitting down with Lucy Goff, founder of LYMA, to talk about the science of longevity, beauty, and feeling good from the inside out. We get into her deeply personal journey - from a traumatic pregnancy and serious health challenges to building one of the most innovative wellness brands in the world. We talk cold laser technology, aging without fear, motherhood, boundaries, and why investing in yourself isn’t vanity - it’s survival. This conversation completely shifted how I think about beauty, healing, and what it really means to look (and feel) your best. Produced by Dear Media. I’m re-sharing one of my favorite episodes of Everything Is the Best, my conversation with Ky Dickens, because it still feels deeply important. Ky is a filmmaker and truth-seeker, and we talk candidly about power, influence, intuition, and what happens when trust is misplaced. This episode matters to me not just as a woman, but as a mother to a daughter with autism. It reminds me how essential it is to protect vulnerability, to listen closely, and to stay grounded in truth while still holding onto hope. This conversation stayed with me because it’s ultimately about clarity, agency, and believing yourself again. If you’re in a season of questioning, healing, or learning how to trust your inner voice, I hope this episode offers both perspective and hope. I’m really glad to share it again. This week on Everything Is the Best, I sit down with Crappy Childhood Fairy—aka Anna Runkle—to talk about practical recovery for adults who grew up with chaos, neglect, or inconsistency. We get specific about how trauma shows up in daily life (overreacting, shutdowns, people-pleasing, money and relationship spirals) and how to interrupt those patterns with simple, repeatable tools. Anna—an Oakland resident and Berkeley native—has shown people how to heal symptoms of childhood trauma for nearly thirty years. Known to more than a million followers across platforms (including ~929K YouTube subscribers and 78M+ views), she’s a survivor herself, and her methods are changing lives every day. We also dive into her forthcoming book, CONNECTABILITY: Heal the Hidden Ways You Isolate, Find Your People, and Feel (At Last) Like You Belong (Hay House; October 7, 2025). Anna explains why a haunting sense of disconnection is an almost universal adult symptom of childhood trauma (and increasingly common even for those with “normal” childhoods), and how to rebuild connection with clear, doable practices. You’ll learn: A plain-language framework for nervous system dysregulation—and how to come back online The two-part daily practice (brief writing + short meditation) to reduce reactivity in under 20 minutes How to spot “trauma time,” respond to triggers (yes, even unanswered texts), and choose self-compassion over withdrawal Scripts and boundaries to rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and “read the room” without shame Why consistency—not perfection—creates the conditions for real connection About the book: In Connectability, Anna offers research-backed lessons, self-reflection prompts, and daily connection plans to help you: notice early signs of dysregulation, lean into healthy vulnerability, set confident boundaries, master the art of apologizing, and build the kind of close, reliable relationships that support lifelong well-being. It’s a hopeful, practical path for anyone who struggles with people—whether you have a trauma history or simply carry old connection wounds in a lonely era. This week I’m joined by my friend Meghan Rose — astrologer, intuitive guide, and spiritual teacher who helps people make sense of their lives through the lens of the cosmos. Meghan and I go deep into what’s happening astrologically right now and how we can work with the current energy in our relationships, careers, and personal growth. But what I love most about this conversation is how open Meghan is about her own life. She recently broke off her engagement and made the bold move to Rome — fully practicing what she preaches about trusting yourself, following your intuition, and starting over when something no longer aligns. We talk about what it really looks like to live your chart instead of just reading it, and how to lean on astrology as a tool for grounding when life feels uncertain. If you’re curious about the stars, navigating big transitions, or simply need permission to choose yourself, this episode is for you. ALSO! Don't forget to subscribe to her Substack!! In this episode, I sit down with Lauren Berlingeri, co-founder and co-CEO of HigherDOSE, to explore what it takes to bring wellness tech into everyday life. From her early career as a model and TV host to becoming a holistic nutritionist and health coach, Lauren’s journey is a blend of grit, curiosity, and reinvention. Lauren also opens up about: * Her personal health wake-ups and how they shaped her mission * Her journey to get pregnant and how its more than OK to take moment to pause * How she balances motherhood with leading a fast-growing company * The philosophy behind HigherDOSE’s “natural high” — boosting dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins through tech and ritual If you’re curious about how to design self-care that’s rooted in science (not hype), or how a founder leans into disruption and wellness simultaneously—this conversation offers rare access and real wisdom. In this episode, I sit down with Amrit Tietz and Lauren Levinger, co-founders of Spread the Jelly, a bold platform reshaping how we talk about motherhood. Launched by Amrit—a DJ and creative entrepreneur—and Lauren—a veteran creative director and storyteller—Spread the Jelly was born out of frustration with sanitized parenting narratives. They aim to peel back the layers: covering fertility, miscarriage, postpartum sex, identity shifts, IVF, abortion, navigating motherhood while holding onto selfhood—and everything in between. In this conversation, we explore: * How the name “Jelly” became their metaphor for adaptability, warmth, and messy transformation * The personal “I-wish-someone-had-told-me” moments that drove them to build a platform * How they balance creative careers, motherhood, and mission * Their editorial philosophy: radical honesty instead of extremes (doom or glow) * The challenges and breakthroughs of building community around deeply personal stories Whether you’re a parent, an aspiring founder, or someone fascinated by identity & storytelling, this is a raw, inside look at how two women are making space for all the sticky, beautiful truths of motherhood. In this deeply personal and moving conversation, filmmaker and storyteller Ky Dickens returns to share intimate stories from the spellers she works with- voices that challenge the limits of what we think we know about communication, consciousness, and human connection. We dive into the new season of The Telepathy Tapes, exploring its profound themes and the groundbreaking work it continues to highlight. In this episode, I’m joined by gut health expert and founder of HAN, Hannah Aylward. We talk about the root causes behind so many of the symptoms women are told to ignore—bloating, fatigue, anxiety, hormonal imbalances—and why they almost always trace back to the gut. Hannah shares her personal health journey, how conventional medicine failed her, and how she built her thriving functional nutrition practice. We break down why “normal” doesn’t mean healthy, the truth about food sensitivity tests, what your poop is telling you, and the biggest myths about gut health. If you’ve ever been told “everything looks fine” but still feel off, this conversation is for you. Today on Everything Is The Best, I’m joined by the luminous Mikaela MacLean — an aesthetician, energy worker, Human Design reader, and founder of the Beauty by Design method. Mikaela blends the physical with the energetic, helping people align their outer appearance with their inner truth. A former medical aesthetician trained in Reiki and shadow work, she brings a deeply holistic approach to beauty, one rooted in energetic hygiene, cellular regeneration, and the power of knowing yourself. In this conversation, we talk about what beauty really means, how Human Design can guide your skincare and self-care, and why true radiance comes from energetic integrity, not perfection. Mikaela also shares her personal journey from the world of traditional aesthetics to a more spiritual and intuitive practice — and how you can begin tuning into your own unique frequency. This is an episode for anyone curious about the intersection of healing, beauty, and self-understanding. Let’s get into it. This week, I’m joined by Simon Hill—nutritionist, physiotherapist, best-selling author, and host of The Proof podcast—for a rich conversation on what it truly means to live a long, vibrant, and intentional life. Simon has dedicated his career to breaking down complex nutritional science into accessible, actionable wisdom. After witnessing his father suffer a heart attack at 41, he shifted from physiotherapy to earning a Master’s in Human Nutrition—and has since become a trusted voice in the global wellness space. His book The Proof Is in the Plants topped the charts, and his podcast has reached millions with evidence-based insights on diet, movement, longevity, and mental well-being. In this episode, we talk about the power of plant-rich eating (and why it doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing), how to optimize your health without fear or restriction, and the markers that really matter when it comes to living well. We also touch on the myths that get in the way of sustainable wellness—and what he wishes more people knew about protein, supplements, and lifestyle medicine. Whether you're deep in your wellness journey or just beginning to ask deeper questions about your health, Simon offers grounded, science-backed tools that will help you cut through the noise and make informed choices that serve your future self. In this incredibly soulful and healing episode, I sit down with the radiant Estelle Bingham—intuitive guide, spiritual healer, and author of the new book Manifest Your True Essence. Estelle’s work is all about helping people return to love, embrace their shadow, and live fully from the heart—and that’s exactly what we dive into together. We talk about how to get in tune with yourself on a soul level, what it means to live guided by your heart (not your head), and how both of us work with angels to receive clarity and support. Estelle even worked on me during the episode, helping me explore a very real dilemma I’ve been facing. It was powerful, emotional, and honestly—magical. If you’re craving alignment, depth, and a reminder of who you really are, this episode is a spiritual homecoming. In this solo episode, I’m reflecting on something my therapist said that really stuck with me: Does this align with your values? That question has been guiding everything lately—whether it’s thinking about having a third baby, how I handle conflict, where I want to live, or how I show up in relationships. I talk through how I’m defining my core values (with a little help from Brene Brown), what it’s like parenting two very different kids, why I’m rethinking LA, and why being single is actually a vibe when you do it right. This is a flowy, heart-centered catch-up—and I hope it helps you reconnect with yourself, too. In this deeply insightful episode, I sits down with Dr. Molly Burrets, a licensed clinical psychologist and expert in attachment theory, relational trauma, and emotional regulation. Known for her compassionate, grounded approach to healing, Dr. Burrets helps us unpack the roots of why we choose the relationships we do, how early experiences shape our sense of safety, and what it really means to rewire our nervous systems for love, trust, and connection. Together, they explore: * Why we focus on being PICKED instead of doing the PICKING * The truly important role of boundaries * The evolutionary reason women are so nasty to each other * Being compassionate with ourselves * How to lean into the fact that so much is just out of our control Whether you're single, in a situationship, healing from heartbreak, or simply ready to break free from old patterns, this conversation offers both validation and actionable steps toward relational clarity. Dr. Burrets brings the science and the soul. You’ll want to take notes. Alexia Ioannou is the founder of Nou - a meticulously curated vintage studio of ultra-rare designer treasures that has become fashions best-kept secret. While I've been screaming over her shoe collection for years, she's now also launched Nou home, a collection of chic home pieces picked using her same impeccable process and taste; thoughtfully handpicking each and every piece as if she were buying for her own home. Many of you also might know her from the Real Housewives of New Jersey - which happens to be my absolute favorite reality television show of all time. While she has stayed very far away from talking about the experience of reality TV and the extremely traumatic life events that have occurred alongside it, she recently opened up on her substack, finally allowing herself to share her side of a very publicly documented experience. Today’s podcast is best described by a email that Dr. Lilit send me, “Motherhood is a beautiful journey but a mind f**k. We’re constantly fed the idea of finding a “balance,” which is pure b******t. Balance doesn’t exist. But learning to integrate our old parts and our new parts together is totally possible. I would love to contribute to your listeners and have a raw and honest conversation about this notion of matrescense - the process of becoming a mama and losing us and finding our way back to a newer self.” I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did! We have never had a re-run before, but there are just so many incredible episodes from the past I don't want anyone to miss. Of all the episodes, this one has changed so many lives, and has the most downloads. I absolutely cannot believe how many messages I received about this episode. If you don't know, Alisa Vitti, HHC, AADP, is a functional nutrition and women's hormone expert, the founder of modern hormone health care company FLO Living, bestselling author of WomanCode, and creator of MyFLO, the #1 paid period app on iTunes and the first and only period tracking and cycle syncing app. We had this conversation almost four years ago while I was desperately trying to conceive, and realize live on the air I was essentially doing everything wrong. This is our second time having Brandi on the pod, which I planned selfishly before I give birth because she just simply calms me down so deeply. Brandi is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Pediatric Sleep Specialist, Newborn Care Specialist, a Postpartum Doula, a mother of three, a founder of The Cradle Company and host of the Dear Doula podcast. Brandi's work as a consultant, parenting group leader, and in-home practitioner has led her to develop a unique philosophy of gentle parenting techniques that are a pragmatic, practical and healthy approach for the "whole" family. In 2018 Brandi founded the National Association of Birth Workers of Color. In this episode we discuss what a doula is, when and if you need one, what to look for in a doula, sleep schedule tips, adjusting your life to a baby and a baby to your life and MUCH more. I love this woman and will literally do anything she tells me. Her approach is so grounding and pragmatic. I truly hope this episode is helpful and received with the positive intention in which it was recorded. xx Go to hellobello.com/BEST, to get 30% OFF your first customized bundle, AND a full-size Visit BetterHelp.com/PIA today to get 10% off your first month! Like many female founders, Rachel Blank, founder of Allara, started the company out of a personal need. After years of struggling with health issues, she was diagnosed with PCOS. Once she tried to seek help from multiple doctor and try a variety of diets nothing seemed to work- she continued to feel alone. After becoming discouraged and frustrated, she found solace in other women with PCOS. She quickly learned this was a far too common experience. So, she built Allara. At Allara, patients are paired with a physician who specializes in PCOS, along with a Registered Dietitian (RD) to help with optimizing patients' nutrition. You can get everything from prescriptions, to meal plans, to around-the-clock chat/support with your RD. It’s the level of compassionate, specialized care she wishes she'd had years ago—and the care we all deserve. Enjoy! I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa Odenweller, the founder of both Beaming and Kroma Wellness, two iconic brands based around Lisa’s passion for health and thriving through food. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and health visionary Lisa who has reimagined the food and beverage industry over the past 12 years. Her newest company, Kroma Wellness, a functional nutrition company that’s redefining the traditional idea of a “cleanse” by focusing on fueling the body rather than depriving. We cover A LOT in this episode, from the transformative role that food has played in the life of her and her daughter, how she had to walk away from her first business, the complexities of starting over again and more. Kori Estrada is the Co-Founder of RiseWell, and co-CIO and co-CEO of Axon Capital, an asset management firm in New York. Kori struggled with lifelong PCOS, and during her IVF journey asked her doctor if there was anything she could do to amplify the process. Her doctor advised against using various toxic products, products that most of us use everyday. While she was able to replace most items in her home with clean options, there weren't any options for oral care. And so it began, the journey to disrupt an unseemingly very corrupt industry. This week is a lil recap of our two week trip starting in Naples. After getting a car too big for the neighborhood of our B&B, we had to switch hotels which was LOL. We drove to Sicily, sailed a bit of the Aeolian Islands and ended up in Amalfi. We drove to Umbria and ended the trip with a wedding in Portofino - a town we’ve never been to before but LOVED. I recorded this on the last day of our trip from our room in Milan, full, happy and ready to go home! I include a lot of tips in here and a lot of feedback about what I think is really worth spending on. Enjoy! Lauren Garroni and Chelsea Fairless are LA-based fashion writers who start Every Outfit on Sex and the City in 2016. It started as an Instagram feed documenting, you guessed it, every outfit on S.A.T.C., which obviously went viral instantly. The girls grew up in LA but moved to NY - both attended The New School (Lauren and I even had classes together) and have grown account into many verticals, including a book deal (“We Should All Be Mirandas,” from 2019). They now have a podcast discussing, of course, the outfits, but it's really a larger discussion about pop culture, and truly every single detail of what's happening with the now revived And Just Like That. I made a post on Instagram about what's going on in our lives, particularly with our daughter, and I thought the decision deserved more context since that's what it seems we all lack these days. I am grateful for my life and my work everyday, but sometimes enough is just enough. I feel huge relief being able to speak my peace and move on with my life. I take his drama quiz, and we very openly discuss my past and how it effects my life on a daily basis. This man is unbelievably smart, painfully funny and charming as hell. Jamie Mizrahi is a stylist for some of today's most iconic women - Adele, Riley Keough, Katy Perry, Nicole Richie, Eva Mendes and Britney Spears. What I love about Jamie is how a he works to make sure her girls' look like themselves, rather than have some “signature look” that she applies to everyone. There’s a nonchalance about what she does - there’s no giant team, no fancy office, no team of chaotic assistants running around. She is putting together looks for press tours, concerts and the Met Gala with elegance and ease - and you can see her clients feel that way. We discuss how she became a stylist, her process, founding Kit Undergarments and much more. Please note that this episode may contain paid endorsements and advertisements for products and services. I love this episode. This episode is why I love having a podcast. Dr. Mark has had he pleasure of directing the Harvard Study of Adult Development, which is the longest scientific study of happiness ever conducted. Radical for its time in 1938, the first-of-its-kind study is now in its 84th year, going strong with an 84% retention rate. In his new book, THE GOOD LIFE, Dr. Schulz teaches us how to proactively create happiness for ourselves by focusing on what keeps you healthy rather than what makes you sick. In this episode we go into detail about truly what makes us happy, and the science that got him to this conclusion. Honestly, this episode is truly heart-warming and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Please note that this episode may contain paid endorsements and advertisements for products and services. This title doesn’t do her justice - Shani is absolutely wonderful. She has one of those stories, that if it was a movie, you would just be rooting for her the whole time. And listen, her life isn’t far from a movie. Her natural progression to expert territory came after years of hard work, big results, and major celebs. Shani’s facials are infamous, her advice is superior and her products work. On top of that, her routine is just as epic and straight forward as she is. Shani forever!
