Rabid fans have overreacted to what they deem as ‘bad behavior’ by Love Islander Zach Georgiou, effectively shutting down his TikTok account for part of the day on Tuesday. A group of fans banded together to falsely “report” Zach’s account, which spurred Season 8 winner, Trinity,  to publicly defend him, telling her followers to stop the hate and ignorant comments. A new article in Harper’s Bazaar may be fueling some of the controversy, pointing to what it calls the male misogyny on full display this season, naming specific male islanders and listing their grievances against the women of the villa. The Washington Post is reporting that two sources have confirmed Federal and Michigan state officials are looking into whether Taco Bell restaurants played a role in the current Cyclospora outbreak that has now sickened as many as 7 thousand people across 34 states.  The epicenter of the outbreak is in Michigan, responsible for nearly half of the reported cases. In the Detroit area Taco Bell restaurants, signs are posted saying certain items are unavailable due to “a national recall.” While some have praised the restaurant for being proactive and voluntarily stopped serving lettuce, onions, cilantro, pico de gallo and guacamole, it’s paying the price, literally, with stocks plummeting nearly 5% in just one day. Tonight, 74-year-old Dennis Sochor is set to die by lethal injection for the 1982 rape and murder of an 18-year-old girl he met on New Year’s Eve. Even though Sochor confessed to the crime, he never revealed where he left her body. To date, Patty Gifford’s body has never been found and the family has been tortured by that fact, in addition to waiting 44 years for Sochor’s execution. Still, there are many who believe it is cruel and unusual to execute elderly inmates, and this is just the second in a series of three executions in Florida that are setting records, each inmate older than the next. There has been a 69 percent increase in reported cases of the parasite causing “explosive” diarrhea in more than 30 states from just last Friday!  Now, experts believe lettuce and leafy greens may be the source of the outbreak, but there are few details as to what type of greens, where they came from, and whether there is more produce to blame. Thankfully, there have been no deaths reported from this outbreak, but the miserable conditions have sent dozens to the hospital and if left untreated, can leave people with symptoms for up to a month. President Trump is currently at the center of four major, developing stories on this Monday afternoon.  Trump has announced the blockade is back at the Strait of Hormuz, and that the U.S. will charge nations to pass through, calling us the “guardian” of the vital passageway.  He also announced who he wanted to fill Lindsey Graham’s Senate seat, and the SC Governor just complied, appointing Graham’s sister, Darline. A frightening story and a cautionary tale for air travelers, after a 61-year-old man on a flight from Greece to Germany was partially sucked out of an airplane window. His wife and fellow passengers held onto his legs, and eventually pulled him back inside the plane. He is now recovering in the hospital with head and neck injuries and friction burns. Witness accounts from inside the cabin are harrowing and many believe the man is alive today because he was wearing his seatbelt when the window dislodged from the plane. This isn’t the first time an incident like this occurred, back in 2018, a woman was killed in eerily similar circumstances, on the same type of plane, a Boeing 737, headed from New York to Dallas. The sixth film in the notoriously dark and gory franchise is the most intense, grisly and gory one yet. We weren’t sure the movie could live up to all the hype, but it certainly did, and even surpassed our expectations. However, speaking of expectations, the film has not lived up to what producers were hoping, falling far short in its opening weekend. As we learn more about the latest Iranian assassination threats against President Trump’s life, Trump himself laid out what amounts to a “dead man’s switch” on his social media. Trump claims he’s given orders to the U.S. military to destroy Iran at levels they’ve never seen before in case he is assassinated. The President even told reporters this week in Turkey that perhaps his luck in staying alive won’t last much longer. However, the 25th amendment makes it very clear, what would happen if Trump were, in fact, assassinated: only Vice President J.D. Vance would have authority to make decisions about retaliation. Have you ever heard of Nihilistic Violent Extremist groups, or NVEs? Well, the FBI wants to make sure you are up to speed on several online groups in this country actively targeting and recruiting your young kids to commit acts of violence towards others and themselves. The warning issued to parents this week reads like a horror movie, with the conviction of a 19-year-old who is just one of dozens of mostly young men who are obsessed with violence and mass killings. A Florida couple thought they could dip down to the pool and have a drink while their young kids were in cribs upstairs at their Key Largo Resort over the Fourth of July weekend. There is a potentially huge development for the missing Michigan woman whose husband claimed fell off their dinghy in rough waters in the Bahamas. While the body of Lynette Hooker has not been found, investigators believe she may never have fallen out of the dingy. There is a new theory that Hooker may have had an altercation on the sailboat she shared with her husband Brian. It was an eye opening day of testimony in this week’s preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson, who is facing the death penalty for the public assassination of Charlie Kirk on an Utah campus last September. Robinson’s former partner and roommate sat down with prosecutors in a pre-recorded interview played for the court on Thursday where he detailed Robinson’s behavior before and after the murder. Lance Twiggs also revealed the handwritten note where Robinson confesses to the murder and says he is likely dead or facing a lengthy prison sentence.  Prosecutors also presented a series of text messages to Twiggs and others where Robinson seems to be proving to friends he was the one responsible for Kirk’s murder. Two time World Cup champion and double Olympic gold medalist Carli Lloyd called out the U.S. men’s national team star Christian Pulisic for his lackluster performance against Belgium and throughout the World Cup. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump is now representing the family of 18-year-old Nolan Wells who went missing on the Fourth of July. The college football player set out on a boat with a group of white friends to party with other young adults off the coast of Mississippi. His body was found days later off Horn Island with no explanation of how he ended up dead, in the water. An unbelievable story out of Arizona, after an emergency room doctor pronounced 1-year-old Vincent Fiordilino dead after he fell into the family pool and was underwater for more than 5 minutes. Police body cam footage shows nurses, the family and even officers question whether the boy was actually dead after they saw breathing and a faint pulse. Police say the doctor “arrogantly” insisted the toddler was deceased, and it wasn’t until more than 5 hours later that a transporter from the medical examiner’s office found the toddler alive in the morgue. As the family prepares to sue the doctor and the hospital, prosecutors are considering filing felony child abuse charges against the parents, who were apparently smoking marijuana when the toddler fell in the pool. The democrat who just won 70 percent of Maine’s vote in the primary election, has now officially dropped out of the race. Graham Platner posted an 11 minute video to X last night, stating clearly that is wasn’t the “false” rape allegations that forced him out, but instead, it was because of the Democratic Party itself. Platner claims the political system and the party took away the funding and structure necessary for him to continue his campaign and made it clear he is innocent of the allegations questionably timed to end his candidacy. We are heartbroken along with the rest of the world to hear the iconic Bonnie Tyler has unexpectedly passed away after getting word that her condition was improving following an emergency intestinal surgery in May. Tyler, who is best known for her Grammy nominated mega hit “Total Eclipse of the Heart” and “Footloose” anthem “I Need A Hero” died in a Portugal hospital, her family saying they would give more details surrounding her death shortly. The term “stealthing” is making headlines after Maine Democrat and Senatorial Candidate Graham Platner has been accused by an ex-girlfriend of repeatedly removing condoms without her consent during sex. We did a deep dive on the subject and were fascinated and frustrated by the lack of recognition from lawmakers in this country about NCCR: Nonconsensual condom removal. Several countries around the world have strict, criminal code on stealthing, categorizing it as a “rape adjacent” crime. Right now, only a handful of states allow victims to pursue civil damages, but not a single jurisdiction in this country considers stealthing a crime. There is a concerning level of secrecy surrounding Republican Senator and former leader Mitch McConnell. The 84-year-old Senator has been in the hospital since June 14th after a disturbing 9-1-1 call that suggests McConnell was unconscious and experiencing cardiac arrest. There has been no official word on McConnell’s condition and no explanation as to what he’s being treated for specifically.  While there are growing theories that McConnell may be brain dead, or in a vegetative state, several Republicans are now stepping forward detailing phone conversations they’ve had with him about current events, almost as if they’re providing proof of life, without actually providing it. We were all so hopeful that finally Prince Harry, Meghan and grandchildren Archie and Lilibet might have a royal reunion with King Charles and family at Buckingham Palace this week. Harry’s camp made the announcement that an invitation had been extended, but shortly afterward, the Palace announced that the Duke of Sussex didn’t respond in time to make the necessary staffing accommodations. Harry’s spokesperson suggested it may be the court decision regarding Harry’s lawsuit against the Daily Mail’s publisher that may be the real reason behind the Palace’s about face, not wanting King Charles in an uncomfortable position. Harry arrived solo in London on Monday, and right now, it’s unclear whether Meghan and the kids will join him later in the week outside of London, given security concerns and the government’s unwillingness to provide taxpayer funded security to the Sussexes. The villa was an emotional wreck after the bottom two couples tried to unpack how and why they ended up being voted least compatible. While Zach and Kenzie looked internally as to what they may have done to irk America, their partners started pointing the finger at others.  Kayda was outraged that K.C. and Titi, and Carl and Aniya were in the top 4, given their history and the fact that she and Zach have been together since “day 3.” Dylan started questioning and questioning Kenzie, assuming her exploration in the villa was the cause of their low ranking. And then there was Melanie and Sincere.  Melanie now feels like she has permission to love Sincere again after America’s vote, while Sincere took things to a whole new level of love bombing, telling Melanie he wants to marry her and have children with her one day.  WTF Sincere. It was a devastating, and yes, embarrassing loss for the U.S. Men last night as they faced off against Belgium in the round of 16 at the World Cup. We were the talk of the world for all the wrong reasons for most of the day and certainly in the hours leading up to the match. Many are now pointing to the added pressure from Trump, who placed a call to the FIFA president , which ultimately led to our star striker being allowed to play despite receiving a red card in the previous game. While having Flo Balogun on the field seemed like an advantage, turns out it wasn’t, and perhaps even shifted the team’s energy knowing the world was outraged by it. Some are pointing out several recent sporting events Trump has attended, that have resulted in losses, including Game 3 of the NBA Finals, where the Knicks lost their only game of the series. We are waiting for Democratic Senate candidate Graham Platner to make it official, now that key supporters are lining up, publicly urging him to drop out of his race to unseat longtime Maine senator Susan Collins. Platner posted a 2 minute video denying explosive, new allegations from a former girlfriend who claims Platner raped her back in 2021 after showing up, uninvited to her home, violent and drunk. Platner cancelled multiple public events over the weekend and announced that he is taking time to reflect on the best path forward, while maintaining his innocence. The updates just keep on coming as we get down to the final hours before the United States faces off against Belgium in the round of 16.  FIFA has officially denied Belgium’s appeal to its decision allowing U.S. star Folarin Balogun to play in tonight’s game, despite receiving a red card. In response, Belgium’s football federation put out a pointed critique of how FIFA has mishandled the process.  We’ve also heard from the FIFA president, downplaying President Trump’s call to him asking for a review of the red card, and demanding respect for the committee’s decision to allow Balogun on the field tonight. Meantime, other countries are now asking for the same treatment for their players who have received both red and yellow cards during the tournament. It was all going so well. Perhaps the most entertaining, heart warming and fun episode culminated with a stunner of an ending. We thought we knew who was going home after America voted for their most compatible couple… but the karaoke challenge created an unexpected outcome. Once Kenzie and Dylan were voted king and queen, they were granted immunity, and escaped elimination. President Trump was questioned at the Oval Office about the major controversy swirling around tonight’s World Cup matchup between the United States and Belgium. Trump said he personally asked FIFA President Gianni Infantino to review the play and the referee’s decision to issue USA star striker Folarin Balogun a red card, meaning he wouldn’t be eligible to play in tonight’s game. Today is day one of a preliminary hearing expected to last all week for 23-year-old Tyler Robinson.  Robinson is facing the death penalty for the September 10th murder of Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed while speaking to a crowd of 3 thousand people at Utah Valley University. Prosecutors will be laying out its evidence against Robinson, which will include a video taped statement from Robinson’s former roommate and romantic partner, to convince a judge there is enough proof to go to trial. Headlines have been popping up since Friday that Trump may consider adding Sean Diddy Combs to his pardon list in honor of our nation’s 250th anniversary. Trump reportedly wants to pardon 250 people for our 250th celebrations. On Friday, Trump pardoned 11 people, most of whom were convicted on emissions violations of the Clean Air Act, but the question remains will he pardon more in the coming days. Diddy’s release date has already been moved up at third time, to February of 2028, but he also has a pending appeal that could either vacate his conviction or drastically reduce his sentencing. Women are posting their “divorce glow ups” online and it’s become quite the viral trend. You see their before and after photos with captions like “me as a wife” and then swipe to see “me as an ex-wife” and the transformations are significant. It was an eventful 250th celebration of our country on Saturday. Unfortunately a mass shooting broke out on Coney Island after the fireworks display, leaving 4 children and 4 adults shot, one woman remains in critical condition this morning. Just a few miles away, the iconic Brooklyn Bridge caught fire during the massive fireworks display over the East River, firefighters were able to put out the flames fairly quickly, but it was an alarming scene in the middle of the show. Once again, the islanders are prompting non-stop conversations in our house, and after last night’s episode, a big topic was girl code. When Amora threw Jen under the bus, telling Gal that Jen was trash talking him in the dressing room, the girls on our couch were outraged about her major girl code violation. We can talk sh*t about each other to each other, but you do not go outside your gender, especially to sabotage a relationship for your own benefit. The question became, what is bro code and how is it different from girl code. We are learning more about the couple who seemingly got engaged on the needle of the Empire State Building this week in New York City. Authorities have charged Angela Nikolau and Ivan Beerkus with multiple felonies, including reckless endangerment and burglary after learning they spent the night in the iconic tower and brought tools with them to break locks to gain access to the needle. The two left court hand in hand, smiling, and gave another photo op for the cameras, kissing in front of a NYC subway station. Hours before the July 2nd deadline imposed by a federal judge, the Department of Justice asked the judge for 60 more days OR accept its reasoning why it would not produce unredacted versions of several documents. 67-year-old David Hearn, who represented the United States in three Olympics as a canoeist, is now fighting for his freedom. U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced the felony charge against Hearn after she says he “violently” and “maliciously” destroyed 2 square feet of reflecting pool liner.  Hearn has admitted to touching the liner out of curiosity, but denies removing or damaging it. Attorneys and the family of 1-year-old Kohen Wiley say a preliminary autopsy contradicts the police version of events that led to Kohen’s death. However, the independent autopsy suggests the bullet that struck little Kohen came from the passenger side window, not the front windshield. Ohio officials revealed the latest chilling details on the 16 children discovered in a rural Ohio house this week, saying if they had been found 24 hours later, “there was a very high probability that we’d be dealing with a death or multiple deaths of these children.” Police on the scene said some of the kids, who range from 18 months to 18-years-old, couldn’t speak or communicate, saying they looked like feral animals. NPR correspondent Nina Totenberg wrote a formal apology to Justice Samuel Alito for publishing a report about his retirement, saying she was “so, so sorry.” It was a shocking headline that was up for only a few minutes before it was replaced with a note from the editor saying the article was “published in error.” NPR explained Totenberg misheard an announcement at the Supreme Court, Totenberg saying “it was the worst professional mistake of my more than 50 years in journalism.” See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

A shocking story is breaking out of Southern Ohio: Authorities are calling the conditions 16 children were living in, unimaginable. An unthinkable story out of Missouri as police charge a 10-year-old boy with murder after they say he shot and killed his 7-month-old niece. The boy is the youngest person in that state’s history to be charged with murder. The baby’s 19-year-old father is also being held accountable for the shooting.  Ca'Marion Pawnell has been charged with second degree murder because it was his gun, stored under his mattress, that police say his 10-year-old used to shoot baby Kiyomi Parker.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Just four days after the last day of classes, an exterminator investigating a “foul odor” found the shocking source of the smell inside a New York City school’s chimney: a decomposing body.  Investigators are now trying to determine if any construction workers in the area are missing, as the school was under renovations. Police are also looking into whether foul play may be involved. Despite efforts by Florida officials warning residents and visitors about the threat of alligators during mating season, there have been three separate attacks in that state in just one week. The most recent attack happened on Sunday, when a 31-year-old woman hiking with her boyfriend and best friend, died after a massive alligator first bit off one arm, and then attacked her second, as her boyfriend desperately called 9-1-1 for help. She died on her way to the hospital. Cape Verde has had a fairytale story during its first appearance at the World Cup, making it to the knockout round.  But its team captain, Ryan Mendez, is now being investigated by New Zealand police on rape allegations.  A Brazilian woman working  as an interpreter for the National team says Mendez forcibly raped her in a hotel room in March and claims she has medical and photographic proof of the assault.  Cape Verde plays Argentina on Friday with Mendez as its star player, and as of this recording, there is no announced disciplinary action against the Mendez aa New Zealand officials continue to investigate the allegations. All eyes were on a South Carolina courthouse today as 58-year-old Alex Murdaugh once again faces double murder charges for the shooting deaths of his wife and son. Murdaugh’s attorneys had him stand dramatically making the point his appearance as a convicted criminal could taint a potential jury pool. A California couple vacationing in Puerto Vallarta leapt into action after hearing a man screaming in the ocean in front of their resort. The tourists jumped into a kayak to try and save the 28-year-old who was being attacked by a crocodile, but the creature eventually pulled him underwater. A new dating trend is taking over TikTok and before you roll your eyes, dating experts say it’s actually a cry for help. Authorities have arrested and charged former Vegas youth pastor David Vander Meer with first degree murder for the 2006 death of his wife Bernadette. 33-year-old Michelle Zajko has been charged with murdering her parents on her 30th birthday: New Year’s Eve 2022. Zajko is a member of the cult like group, the Zizians, who have ties to at least six homicides according to police. The body of 39-year-old personal trainer Elena Moore was discovered nearly a week after she went missing, and now a full week later, police still don’t have any answers into how or why Moore died.  Preliminary autopsy results show no physical trauma and did not reveal a cause of death. 74-year-old Dusty Ray Spencer is scheduled to die by lethal injection on Thursday, which will make him the oldest man ever executed in the state of Florida. Spencer’s attorneys have made a last ditch appeal to the Supreme Court, citing cruel and unusual punishment towards a 74-year-old man suffering from significant medical conditions. Spencer was convicted for the 1992 brutal stabbing and beating death of his wife Karen in front of her teenage son. Her murder led to significant changes in the way police and state courts address domestic violence. Spencer had warned Karen from jail he was going to finish what he started. 63-year-old Richard Glossip was back in court yesterday asking a judge to set a new preliminary hearing to determine whether there was enough evidence for prosecutors to proceed with a third trial.  The judge refused and instead set a September trial date for the former death row inmate whose murder conviction was thrown out by the Supreme Court last year. It’s become an unexpected sensation during the World Cup: Ranch dressing! Apparently, foreign travelers can’t get enough of the all-American condiment and are trying to bring some home with them in their carry on luggage. The Mississippi family of a one year old boy shot and killed by police is asking for the release of the officer’s body cam footage, as well as the dash camera and store surveillance video. Police maintain little Kohen Wiley’s mother and her friend were trying to get away in their vehicle after a shoplifting call when the car veered towards the officer who fired the fatal shots. In a bizarre turn of events, President Trump announced that Park Police have arrested “multiple individuals” for vandalizing the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall. Among them, a three-time Olympian who says he stopped at the site just to have a look. A New York judge sentenced 62-year-old serial killer, Rex Heuermann to three consecutive life terms plus 100 years to life for the murders of seven women. A Florida couple has reached a custody agreement with the biological parents of the daughter Tiffany Score gave birth to last December. Score, along with her husband Steven Mills, believed little Shea Score Mills was their biological daughter after they had an Orlando fertility clinic implant one of three embryos they created. The couple, who is white, immediately knew there was a mixup at birth, when the baby was brown and looked nothing like either of them. A tragic story out of Brazil this weekend. Video of a 21-year-old woman attending a bungee jumping event is circulating online. It shows the final moments of Maria Eduarda Rodrigues De Freitas with a helmet and harness being lifted up by three men and then thrown off the bridge. The problem, the rope wasn’t secured and De Freitas fell to her death. The three men who threw her are now facing homicide charges. There have been numerous headlines over the past few days of Brad Pitt’s children dropping Pitt from their last names. So far, 3 of his 6 children have legally pursued their name changes, with his twins dropping Pitt’s name from their diplomas and playbills. Just in time for President Trump’s 80th birthday, we are told workers have removed Donald J. Trump from the Kennedy Center facade after a failed last minute appeal by the DOJ.  Beginning Friday night, workers spent 8 hours setting up scaffolding and massive white tarps to conceal the removal, as hundreds gathered to watch and livestream the moment.  As of this recording, the tarp is still up, but the Center’s executive director has filed a sworn declaration that Trump’s name is gone.  Trump did get one legal win this week, allowing his UFC fight on the south lawn to proceed as planned, however, Mother Nature may have other plans with severe thunderstorms forecast for the evening. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is responding to a number of recent headlines surrounding the Nancy Guthrie investigation. Police say they are aware of a tip that led a Mexican group to search for a grave, but have not been contacted by authorities regarding any development. They also acknowledged they arrested three you tubers for disturbances outside Guthrie’s home. 74-year-old Dwight William Rhone has pleaded not guilty to murdering four men over the span of 30 years and detectives believe there may be even more victims out there.  Rhone was in custody for the 2023 murder of Bernardo Moreno when they found human remains of Michael Brown buried under a home where Rhone was previously a tenant. After that, investigators were able to link two more unsolved murders to Rhone from 1993 and 2002 and are actively looking at Rhone in connection with at least two other dead or missing people. The Supreme Court of the United States denied the state of Alabama’s request to execute 49-year-old Jeffrey Lee using nitrogen gas, agreeing with two lower courts that said it was cruel and unusual and therefore, unconstitutional. The late night decision, effectively halted Lee’s scheduled execution, but only temporarily. While Lee’s legal team declared it a victory, the state’s attorney general called it a miscarriage of justice and said Alabama is “prepared to do whatever is necessary to see Mr. Lee’s lawful sentence carried out.”  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

An incredible story out of Maryland this week! A young woman located her mother’s killer 12 years after her brutal murder. 24-year-old Kiany DeJesus was just 11 when her mother’s ex boyfriend lured her to a restaurant and stabbed her 27 times, then fled the country.  DeJesus finally found him through social media and this week, she faced him at sentencing where the judge gave him the maximum sentence. The parents of 19-year-old Karmelo Anthony have given several, emotional interviews following their son’s murder conviction for stabbing fellow teen Austin Metcalf last year. A shocking and confusing story is emerging out of Chicago’s Grant Park. There is video everywhere of the large cross engulfed in flames, in broad daylight, along a busy street. Surveillance video captured a young man running from the scene wearing no shirt, dark pants and white sneakers. While police search for the mystery man, many have taken to social media claiming the cross burning is either a hoax or perpetrated by the Southern Poverty Law Center. It’s a question the Supreme Court may answer at some point today, as Alabama maintains it will move forward with the planned execution of double murderer Jeffrey Lee despite lower court decisions.  Late last night, an appeals court upheld a judge’s ruling this week that Alabama’s nitrogen gas method of execution is unconstitutional because it is cruel and unusual. Alabama may legally follow through with tonight’s planned execution, with one of its other methods: lethal injection or electrocution, unless the Supreme Court steps in and allows the state to use nitrogen gas. Billionaire Bill Gates voluntarily appeared before lawmakers and read his opening statement which acknowledged his poor judgment and described how Jeffrey Epstein attempted to blackmail him regarding his extramarital affairs. Within hours of Karmelo Anthony’s first degree murder verdict, Texas congresswoman Jasmine Crockett defended Anthony’s use of a deadly weapon, saying if she had someone on top of her, she wouldn’t be limited to fists either. The problem, Crockett was comparing a much different scenario than what happened at that Texas high school stadium. A federal judge has ruled that nitrogen gas executions are unconstitutional, now just one day before Alabama is set to execute Jeffrey Lee by that very method. Lee was convicted for the 1998 double murder of two pawn shop employees. A Texas jury deliberated for 2 and a half hours, quickly returning a guilty verdict for 19-year-old Karmelo Anthony who was visibly shaking in court. Anthony, who is black, was convicted of first degree murder of fellow teen Austin Matcalf, who is white. Closing arguments wrapped this morning in the trial of Texas teen, Karmelo Anthony. The judge instructed the jury they can now consider manslaughter in addition to first degree murder when determining the fate of Anthony. An international group of scientists have released a new, jaw dropping study that suggests if you consume 2 drinks a day, you have a 1 in 25 increased risk of premature death from alcohol related disease or injury. 49-year-old Alabama death row inmate and convicted double murderer, Jeffrey Lee is set to die by nitrogen gas on Thursday. Lee filed an appeal for a stay of execution, citing several witness accounts of suffering by at least four other inmates who died by the same method. While the court agreed the method is cruel, it sent Lee’s case to a lower court to determine whether Lee could die by firing squad instead of nitrogen gas.
