FBI estimates that they are between 25 and 500 serial killer killers that have not been caught but use interstate 40. This number very so greatly because of the definition of a serial killer, is it hundreds of serial killers that have only killed 3 to 4 different people or is it 25 serial killer killers that have killed hundreds each?
