There is yet another DNA setback in the Nancy Guthrie case. A glove that looked like it could have belonged to the suspect was tested and came back to a restaurant employee that has nothing to do with the case, according to the sheriff. The family of Alvin Lovelace is pleading for a pardon after he was sentenced to life in prison for stealing less than $25 from a 7-Eleven. He was charged with aggravated robbery back in 1981, but his family insists there was no weapon or violence involved. He initially rejected a plea deal, and ended up with a life sentence. Alvin has been in prison for 44 years. The Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s Office has determined Ellen Greenberg’s cause of death and ruled it a suicide again. The review comes just ahead of a Tuesday hearing in a civil case filed by Greenberg’s parents. Greenberg was found dead Jan. 26, 2011, in the kitchen of her apartment by her fiancé. A 17-year-old is facing murder charges after allegedly killing two teenage girls in a hit-and-run in New Jersey. Police say he was going 70 mph in a 25 mph zone.The 17-year-old victims, Isabella Salas and Maria Niotis, were on an e-bike when they were hit by a car at around 5:30 p.m. Monday. According to sources, the father of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro told a fake inmate in the jail where he is being housed that he killed the baby and put the baby inside a trash can. Sources say Haro told the fake inmate this as part of a "Perkins Operation" -- when an undercover informant poses as an inmate to get information out of someone in custody. The baby's father, Jake Haro, and the baby's mother, Rebecca Haro, were both charged with murder.
