When the Mario Bros. are invited to join a high society British group, they reluctantly agree to check them out. When Luigi finds an old pirate treasure map in the garden, he wants to follow it and find the treasure. Mario, however, thinks it's not real. This all changes when Captain Toad shows up and tells them that the map was left behind by Captain Jack "Cutthroat" Seaweed. The Mario Bros. excitedly join Captain Toad for this adventure, but can they really find a treasure that was buried centuries ago?

This episode tells the story of Wario Ware, Inc. How did it all happen? Well, as usual, it started with Wario being greedy. When Mario and Luigi find a plunger that fixes instantly with a simple touch, they decide to use it to make their job easy. But at the same time, the owners of this magic plunger are looking for their missing tool. Technical problems quickly ensue, and the Mario Bros. soon realize that they're in over their heads.

When a deadly mushroom disease sweeps across the Mushroom Kingdom, everyone gets very sick except for Mario. The famous Dr. Swall O. Pill entrusts his formula to Mario so people can get better. At the same time, Bowser swoops in to capture Princess Peach. Can Mario cure everyone in time to rescue Peach, or will the viruses ensure defeat?

This episode takes us back to 1990, when Bowser uses his family to help take over the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario and Luigi have their hands full this time, having to deal with the seven koopalings. They're the best family villain team ever, and Bowser decides to sing about it.

When Luigi wins a mansion in a contest, he and Mario go check it out. But things take a turn for the worse when Mario vanishes and Luigi discovers ghosts in the mansion! Luckily, Professor E. Gadd is there to help the young Mario Bro. Now it's up to Luigi to catch ghosts, find Mario, and get to the bottom of this ghostly problem. 

When another group of plumbers start stealing their business with the help of a TV commercial, Mario and Luigi decide to make their own commercial. With the help of Peach and Toad, they set off to make the best commercial money can buy. But will it be enough to save their careers?

When the ambassador from the Bean Bean Kingdom steals Peach's voice, Bowser teams up with the Mario Bros. to get it back. Along the way, Captain Toad and Prince Peasly (heir to the Bean Bean throne) join the crusade. Not only must they save Peach's voice, but they must also stop Fawful from getting his hands on the powerful Beanstar! 

Life is just fine and peachy for Luigi until he gets a letter from the dentist! Luigi is terrified to go to his annual appointment, but Mario demands that he be a man about it and go. Get ready for a mouth-full of laughs as Luigi endures one of life's greatest fears: the dental office!

This double-length episode features several guest stars, including Yoshi, Donkey Kong, and Koopa Troopa. When Bowser steals the star rod, it's up to Mario and friends to work together to free all seven star spirits and use star power to defeat the conniving villain. Catastrophe strikes when Mario and Luigi are sucked right into the TV while playing the NES! They find themselves in different NES games, such as Contra, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, and others. In order to survive, they have to beat each level, otherwise they'll be trapped in the NES forever, and it will be Game Over for the Mario Bros. 

Oh no! The Wario Bros. have hijacked the Mario Bros. Show and changed it to "The Wario Bros. Show." But things get even more interesting when the narrator decides to wreak havoc on their boring story. Now we have an episode worth listening to as the two fiendish brothers try to figure out how to get out of this big pimply pickle. 

Bowser decides to hire the Koopa Bros. to destroy the Mario Bros. In order to do this, the Koopa Bros. capture Princess Peach and take her to their deadly fortress. Now Mario and Luigi must fight their way past booby traps and deadly attacks to get Peach back. Can the plumbers do it, or will Bowser finally succeed?

What could be worse than this? When Luigi is accused of robbing a bank, Mario, Peach, and Toad set out to investigate. Peach believes that the younger brother is innocent, but Mario is not so sure. Perhaps after all these years, Luigi has finally gone off the deep end. But that just can't be true! The truth will reveal itself soon enough as the investigation continues for Luigi's innocence.

Based on the educational game Mario is Missing! When Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi go to Antartica to stop Bowser, Mario mysteriously vanishes. Luigi and Yoshi decide to go through some doors only to find themselves in different cities around the world. It's up to the younger brother and trusty Yoshi to get back world-famous stolen artifacts and somehow find the missing Mario. 

This heart-warming episode is all about Koopa Troopa; how he came to the Mushroom Kingdom and what happened to him. Clumsy Koopa wasn't prepared when he was drafted into Bowser's army. Suddenly he was out of his comfort zone and not sure what to do. But as he continued with his regiment, he figured out what he must do, and it shaped him into the koopa he is today. 

Desperate for a vacation, the Mario Bros. decide to go to Dry Dry Outpost after seeing a commercial for the place. But upon their arrival, they discover it's really boring. However, things get exciting when Luigi's wallet gets stolen and they stumble upon an ancient curse that's been haunting Dry Dry Ruins for some time. So much for that "boring vacation." 

Mario and Luigi find themselves in a tight spot when someone leaves their pet pig at their doorstep. Luigi decides to take care of the pig, but Mario wants nothing to do with it. Will a pig (of all things) come between Mario and Luigi's brotherly relationship? Written by Holly, Teddy, and Toby Armstrong.

When a famous Mushroom City Theatre director comes to the Mario Bros. with a proposal, Mario and Luigi find themselves as the stars of a brand-new musical that's all about them! Peach, Toad, and Bowser star in the musical too. With music based on the SNES game Super Mario World, there's sure to be plenty of singing and humor for any Mario fan to enjoy.

The citizens of Toad Town are surprised when Western Willy and his show come to perform right there in the town square. But things take an ugly turn for the worse when one of the show's members is kidnapped! The Mario Bros. decide to help Western Willy, but are they prepared for the personal family grudge that will take place in their very own town?
