Young rich kid driver, Fraser Bohm, accused of crashing a speeding car into four Pepperdine University sorority sisters, walking along Pacific Coast Highway before being mowed down. Bohm pleads not guilty in the deaths of all four sorority sisters. In a court win for the defense, a Los Angeles judge orders prosecutors to return a cell phone belonging to Bohm, to the defense so the data can be analysted. Prosecutors objected over concerns that the information would be changed or damaged. Judge Thomas Rubinson compromised, ruling the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department would deliver the device in a sealed bag to a defense-appointed technical expert. Felony murder charges stick in the deaths of three Kansas city chiefs fans. Ricky Johnson, David Harrington, and Clayton McGeeney were last seen alive on January 7, 2024, watching the final regular-season Kansas City Chiefs game at the home of their friend, Jordan Willis. Two days later, authorities found their frozen bodies outside the house. After a yearlong investigation, prosecutors charged Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson in connection with the deaths, which gained national attention. Both men face three counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of delivering a controlled substance. Police say Carson, known as "Blade Brown," supplied and sold cocaine to Willis and the victims. Investigators found Carson's DNA on a bag of fentanyl inside Willis' home. During the investigation, law enforcement initially said they did not suspect foul play. A toxicology report later confirmed that the men had cocaine, THC, and fentanyl in their systems. Police have since ruled the deaths as caused by "fentanyl and cocaine toxicity." As the case progressed, Willis moved out of the home and checked into rehab. A forensic analysis of Harrington’s phone uncovered text messages between Willis, McGeeney, Johnson, and others, linking Carson to the cocaine supply. DNA evidence identified Willis as a major contributor, and a second bag contained DNA matching Carson, confirming his role as the drug supplier. After a recent court hearing Willis said he was confident in his case when asked by reporters Joining Nancy Grace today: Jonathan Price - Brother of Ricky Johnson Derek Smith - Criminal Defense Attorney Dr. Heidi Green - Clinical Psychologist, Trauma Specialist, and Author: ‘The Path to Self-Love and World Domination; IG: @drheidigreen Barry Hutchison - Former 26-year Law Enforcement Veteran and Detective, Owner & Chief Investigator for Barry & Associates Investigative Services located in Kansas & Missouri Dr. Kendall Crowns - Chief Medical Examiner Tarrant County (Ft Worth), NEW Podcast --- launching on April 7th, Lecturer: Burnett School of Medicine at TCU (Texas Christian University) Eric Zahnd - Platte County Prosecutor in Missouri Alexis Tereszcuk - Crimeonline.com Investigative Reporter Dave Mack - CrimeOnline Investigative Reporter See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We are in a verdict watch in the case of Dr. Gerhardt Konig's attempted murder trial, accused of trying kill wife Arielle by shoving her off a cliff and then bashing her in the head with a rock. For her 36th birthday, anesthesiologist Gerhardt Konig whisks his wife, engineer Arielle, away for a romantic getaway. He secretly plans the trip, arranging for family members and a hired nanny to stay with their two sons. The couple decides to hike a popular trail along the Koʻolau Mountains, leading to Pali Puka, a rock formation framing the east side of Oʻahu. Konig hopes the trip will ease tension after months of couples therapy following his accusations that Arielle had an affair. Arielle denies the claims and struggles to understand their origin. She wants to regain her husband’s trust, but his jealousy and abuse, including sexual assaults, have only escalated. During the hike, Arielle wants to push forward but stops when she sees the final steep stretch. She chooses to wait while Konig completes the climb. When he returns, he takes a picture of her in a tree and suggests they take a selfie at the trail’s edge, overlooking Oʻahu. Arielle smiles for the photo but immediately asks him to step forward so she can move away from the edge. As she follows him, Konig suddenly turns, grabs her arms, and shoves her toward the cliff, saying, “Get back over there. I’m so f***ing sick of you!” At first, Arielle thinks he is joking, but he pushes her again, pins her down, and pulls a syringe and vial from his bag, attempting to fill the syringe. She knocks it from his hands, but he digs into his bag again, possibly searching for another. Instead, he grabs a rock and repeatedly strikes her head. Other hikers hear Arielle’s screams and rush to help. Konig, covered in blood, flees into the woods and video calls his adult son, Emile. Shocked by his father’s appearance, Emile listens as Konig starts to explain but stops mid-sentence and says, “I just tried to kill Ari, but she got away.” He then tells Emile he wants to jump off the cliffs and kill himself. When Dr. Spencer Tepe doesn't show up for work at Athens Dental Depot in Columbus, Ohio, coworkers are shocked. They call their boss, the owner of Athens Dental, Dr Mark Valrose. Valrose is on vacation in Florida, but Spencer not showing up is so unusual that coworkers felt they needed to let Valrose know. Valrose tries to contact Spencer, and failing at that, Tepe's wife, Monique, is even more predictable than her husband. Unable to reach either Tepe, Valrose calls 911 in Columbus, Ohio, at 9:03 a.m., requesting a wellness check. Their bodies are found inside their house, which is now for sale. Early reports indicated Monique was shot once in the chest, and Spencer was shot more than once, with three shell casings found at the scene. In fact, the killer unloaded a full clip, 16 rounds, and both were shot in the head: Monique in her right cheek, and Spencer in his left ear. A total of 16 gunshot wounds are discovered. A standard magazine for a handgun holds 15 to 17 rounds, depending on the size of the bullet. Spencer and Monique likely died within "seconds to minutes" of being shot. The injuries suffered and the trajectories of bullets indicate some movement by Spencer and Monique; the range of fire is indeterminate, and there is no way to tell in which order the injuries are inflicted. Michael McKee, 39, arrested in the murders of his ex-wife and her new husband, is being held without bond in the Franklin County Jail. He pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated murder and one count of aggravated burglary. According to a newly unsealed affidavit, witnesses claimed McKee was abusive during his marriage to Monique and had threatened to kill her. Court documents indicate McKee had previously visited the couple's home on Dec. 6, 2025, while they were away. McKee, a vascular surgeon from Illinois, drove 900 miles to commit the murders. He was tracked through surveillance video, which showed a silver SUV. Police also reportedly found multiple weapons in his Chicago-area condo, with one being connected to the crime scene. McKee faces a minimum of life in prison with parole eligibility after 32 years if convicted. Anthony and Megan Todt meet in college, marrying shortly after graduation. The couple opens a practice together in Colchester, Connecticut. When the couple welcomes children Aleksander, Tyler, and Zoe, Megan stays home fulltime to care for them. In 2019, the family moves to Florida, just miles away from Disney World. Anthony Todt continues working in Connecticut, travelling back to Florida for family weekends. Anthony Todt struggles to support his family in Florida. He loses his lease on the Connecticut Physical Therapy Office, and is in default on several loans. Todt begins charging insurance for care patients did not receive. By December, the feds discover Todt’s fraudulent activity. The father claims his family has no idea of his crimes and he will cooperate fully to keep it that way. Todt stops communicating with authorities, and in January, they have a warrant for his arrest. Investigators stake out the Todts’ seemingly vacant Florida home. Mail is piled on the porch and an eviction notice is taped to the door. The feds are leaving when Todt walks outside, stumbling and convulsing. They miss their chance to arrest Todt before he returns inside, but worried about his health, officers push open the front door to a horrible stench. Todt tells officers his wife is sleeping and he doesn’t know where his children are. Investigators find Megan, Aleksander, Tyler, Zoe, and the family dog badly decomposing in the Todts’bedroom. Investigators find Aleksander and Tyler on a mattress in the Todts’ bedroom, next to the bed, where Megan is covered with a blanket. Officers search the whole house for Zoe, before realizing her badly decomposed body is under a blanket at her mom’s feet. The bodies were ‘black as leather’ and an autopsy could not determine exactly how the victims died. All of the victims were drugged with Benadryl and had stab wounds. The children’s wounds we wereinflicted post-mortem, and the medical examiner says they were likely suffocated. Todt initially confesses to the killings, saying both he and Megan were concerned about the possible 2020 apocalypse, and wanted to make sure their family died together and without pain. Todt claims the parents came up with a plan to drug, then kill the children and then themselves. At trial, Todt claims he made that confession out of a desire to protect his wife, claiming she actually killed the children while he was away, and killed herself in front of him after confessing what she had done. Autopsies for Spencer and Monique Tepe show a much different scene of the murders than previously thought. Fourteen-year-old Emily Pike vanishes after sneaking away from a Mesa, Arizona, group home, where she lives. When she does not return, Mesa police are contacted, and she is reported missing. Her mother is not informed until Pike has been missing for a week. Police say the group home must notify her case manager, who would then contact her family or tribe. Authorities post her picture on social media, print flyers, and alert the media that Emily Pike is missing and may have run away. Nearly a month after Pike disappears, the Gila County Sheriff’s Office reports that searchers found the remains of an unidentified female in a wooded area near U.S. 60, about 20 miles northeast of Globe, Arizona. The remains are difficult to identify but appear to belong to a missing Native American girl. Within 24 hours, authorities confirm the remains are those of 14-year-old Emily Pike. The Gila County Sheriff’s Office reports that detectives found the head and torso in large contractor trash bags, while the legs were in separate bags. Investigators search the area but do not find the arms and hands. This information, intended for law enforcement only, is inadvertently shared with friends and family without warning. A preliminary autopsy report notes visible trauma to Pike’s face and head. Authorities do not find clothing, jewelry, or identification with the remains. Investigators believe someone killed Pike elsewhere before dumping her dismembered remains. Her arms and hands remain missing. The sheriff’s office says investigators recovered surveillance footage from Mesa, where Emily was last seen alive, but have not found footage from the rural area where her remains were discovered. Officials urge anyone with information to come forward. A $200,000 reward is available for information leading to Pike’s killer. State authorities are searching a ranch once owned by Jeffrey Epstein, looking for the bodies of two young girls. Allegations have been made that Epstein may have used Zorro ranch for sexual abuse and sex trafficking of young women. Ten individuals, women, and young girls have come forward saying they were groomed at the ranch, and despite those allegations, the property was never searched while Epstein was alive. A 2019 email reportedly written by an anonymous "former Zorro ranch staffer," forwarded to the FBI, claims at least two victims were buried on the property, accidentally killed while strangled during “rough, fetish” sex. Also, as part of the "truth commission," authorities are investigating claims of medical experimentation on Zorro Ranch. Victims say they were “drugged” and woke up around medical equipment, and told “sex organs and sperm” were “harvested from their bodies.” Epstein is said to have been obsessed with "transhumanism," the science of improving the human population with genetic engineering. Some claim Epstein openly discussed plans to produce his own enhanced bloodline, using the 7,500-acre ranch as a base to inseminate women. More images from Nancy Guthrie's home cameras have been recovered by the FBI as the search for the 84-year-old grandmother continues. Those images are thumbnail images from the motion-activated cameras, pointed at the backyard, side yard and swimming pool. Disappointing though, is that the cameras did not capture footage from the night of the abduction record, nor did it record anything suspicious, reportedly. Law enforcement has tracked down thousands of leads, as the increase in the reward was announced. Several people have been detained, but none lead to actionable information about Nancy Guthrie. Jurors heard explosive testimony about alleged drugging and humiliating encounters during the trial of twins Oren and Alon Alexander and their older brother Tal. The defense maintained the brothers innocence throughout. Oren and Alon Alexander, and brother Tal, faced an original 12-count indictment for sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. Some counts were dropped. Now, the jury returns a guilty verdict. They face life in prison. The three brothers come from a high-profile real estate background. Tal and Oren brokered a $47 million deal for their father in 2012 and a $240 million Manhattan condo sale in 2019. Alon attended law school before joining the family's private security company, Kent Security. Each brother has been accused of forcible rape by at least 10 women. All three are indicted on federal sex trafficking charges, while Oren and Alon also face sexual battery charges in Florida. The Alexanders have denied the allegations in civil cases, with their representatives suggesting the accusers are attempting to extort them. Court documents detail accounts from alleged victims. "Victim-1" claims she was raped by Tal Alexander and other men in 2021 at a home in the Hamptons. She says she felt unwell after drinking a glass of wine, then recalled Tal holding her down as another man entered the room. She later woke up in a separate room, where a camcorder was set up. Another alleged victim, referred to as "Victim-2," told investigators that Oren raped her. She says Oren gave her a cocktail, after which she felt strange and struggled to walk. Alon then took her to a bedroom to lie down. She recalls waking up to find Oren in the room. He allegedly pulled down her bathing suit and raped her while she was "physically impaired and could not move." This is a tale of two sisters, Karen and Debra. Karen is loving, responsible, and well-liked by all who know her. She lived with and cared for her parents until they lost their battles with Alzheimer's and cancer. Karen also took care of her finances and was financially well-off for retirement. Debra was gone for decades, living several states away in Louisiana. She never held a steady job and never had any money. When their parents died, Debra moved back to Florida, with no money and no place to stay, and Karen let her sister move into her home. After four weeks of testimony, prosecutors could soon end their sex abuse case against three real estate mogul brothers. Jurors have heard explosive testimony about alleged drugging and humiliating encounters, as the defense continues to declare the Alexander Brothers' innocence. Twins Oren and Alon Alexander and their older brother Tal have faced a 12-count indictment for sex trafficking, sexual abuse, and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. The Alexander brothers are accused of using their wealth and influence to create opportunities to sexually assault women. More than 40 women have come forward with allegations, and investigators are urging others who believe they were assaulted to contact authorities. Attorneys for the brothers say they plan to plead not guilty. If convicted, they face life in prison. He allegedly pulled down her bathing suit and raped her while she was "physically impaired and could not move." Austin police respond to a home in Del Valle after receiving a 911 call about a 7-year-old girl who discovered starved and locked inside a bedroom closet. Six other children are also found in the home, but police say it appears they are physically healthy. According to reports, the child was soiled and barricaded in a closet with heavy boxes blocking the door. An arrest affidavit reveals Virginia Marie Gonzales is accused of locking the 7-year-old girl in a closet for “weeks at a time.” The affidavit further states the girl’s grandmother told police that the child had trouble controlling her bladder and often ate things she shouldn’t. This allegedly led to her siblings being instructed to keep her locked in the closet. The 7-year-old was hospitalized and is now recovering. During the investigation, detectives learn about another child, Ava, who has been missing for years. Virginia Marie Gonzales, Ava‘s mother, was arrested on a charge of serious injury to a child in connection with the 7-year-old’s case. According to police, the missing now 9-year-old child was last seen when she was just 2 years old and in the custody of her mother, Virginia Marie Gonzales. Now, Gonzales has reversed her initial rejection of a plea offer. The State first offered Gonzales a 40-year prison sentence in exchange for her guilty plea. Gonzales now pleads guilty getting 25 years in jail. A mural of murdered Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska has been vandalized and graffitied with spray paint. "PLEASE VANDALIZE THIS,” the tagger scrawled. The tribute had been complete for less than two weeks before the damage. Iryna Zarutska, a Ukrainian refugee, came to the United States with her family to escape her war-torn country for a better life. Iryna took English classes, had a job and was making a productive life for herself, but all her aspirations were cut short by an unprovoked violent attack from a man with a criminal history. Video shows Iryna getting on the train in Charlotte, North Carolina, taking a seat, and looking at her phone quietly. Video shows a passenger sitting directly behind Iryna, who we later came to know as Carlos Brown Jr. A close-up of Brown's hands can be seen opening and unfolding the knife in order to prepare to stand up to stab Iryna. Although Iryna's hat covers a lot of her face, the shock in her eyes, along with the terror she silently expressed during her final moments of life, bleeding out, surrounded by panic, is heartbreaking to watch. The video also shows Brown, in an orange hoodie, walking the aisles of the train with blood dripping on the floor. One passenger notices blood drops and avoids stepping in them, while another witness on the phone with 911 tells them a man just stabbed a woman for no reason, and she needs help. Moments after allegedly stabbing Iryna, Brown is captured on video nonchalantly walking the platform of the train station. On the train, Brown was wearing a hoodie; now he is wearing a black t-shirt, with the now bloody hoodie wrapped around his hands. In reaction to the shocking and violent death of Iryna Zarutska, North Carolina Governor Josh Stein just signed "Iryna's Law" into effect, increasing checks on criminals getting out on bail and prohibiting cashless bail for some violent crimes and most repeat offenders. A grand jury indicted Brown for the murder of Iryna, formally charging him with first-degree murder. Brown is being held without bond in the county jail, but an order was filed for him to be committed to Central Regional Hospital. Allegedly, he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and also has a lengthy rap sheet of criminal behavior. Lucy Letby prided herself on caring for infants. The neonatal nurse cared for the most vulnerable of patients: newborns. Then, the hospital noticed that more infants died in the span of a month than would typically die in a year. An investigation reveals that Letby had been the sole nurse working at the time of seven babies. The child deaths span over the course of a year with, again, seven babies dying, while six others survived. Letby made babies sick by injecting intravenous lines with air, some were poisoned, and others were force-fed milk. Letby preyed on twins and triplets. Gabby Petito was strangled by her then boyfriend Brian Laundrie while the pair were on a cross-country van trip. The FBI report states that Laundrie confesses to the murder in a hand written notebook, found near the remains of Laundrie's body after he committed suicide. According to the report, Laundrie tried to cover up Petito's death by using the woman's debit card, and then also sending text messages from her phone, to give the impression that Gabby was still alive. During the trip, a domestic violence episode was caught on Moab police body cam, after a 911 call came in reporting a man slapping a woman. The footage shows Petito was injured with scratches and bruises. Police determined however that Petito was the aggressor, after she admitted hitting Laundrie. The pair was separated for the night, with no domestic violence counseling. Petito's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Moab Police Department. Utah's 7th District Court Judge Don Torgerson dismissed the case, citing governmental immunity. Torgerson said he is bound to follow the law as it currently exists and follow rulings of other courts. The Petito's attorney argued to end just the police immunity. He added the Court of Appeals has the authority to determine whether the governmental immunity law is constitutional. Now the case heads to the Utah Supreme Court. The judge in Luigi Mangione's state trial set a June 8 trial date for New York's case against him for the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, leading Mangione to have an outburst Friday as court concluded. The judge started the proceedings by saying it appears the federal government had reneged on their agreement to let the state trial go first by setting a date of Sept. 8 to begin jury selection in the federal trial, with opening statements on Oct. 13. However, that trial date may be delayed if the federal government appeals the decision to throw out the charges against Mangione that were eligible for the death penalty. The judge said in the event the federal trial is indeed delayed, then the state trial would proceed on Sept. 8 instead. The judge told Mangione's defense attorneys to be ready to proceed on June 8. Earlier this year, state prosecutors requested a July 1 trial date for Mangione on the state charges. Mangione's attorneys said this request is unreasonable as they need the rest of the year to prepare for the federal trial. There were approximately two dozen Mangione supporters in the courtroom Friday. One wore a shirt with the message "Luigi Mangione: Not in the Epstein files" on it. "Double jeopardy," Mangione says in court Mangione's defense said their client is being put in an untenable situation as the tug-of-war between state and federal prosecutions plays out. The video player is currently playing an ad. As court concluded, Mangione, who was wearing tan prison clothing and was handcuffed, had an outburst, shouting, "It's the same trial twice. One plus one is two. Double jeopardy by any common sense definition." Luigi Mangione's legal team created a website for the accused killer, they say “due to the extraordinary volume of inquiries and outpouring of support. His attorneys say the website — luigimangioneinfo.com — was created to ”share case updates, “dispel information” and publish letters from Mangione while he’s incarcerated. He writes “I am overwhelmed by — and grateful for — everyone who has written me to share their stories and express their support.” That support include thousands donations for his legal fees. Luigi Mangione's defense team describes his "beautiful, promising life" as "derailed" by the murder charges against him. This phrasing is not highlighted as a saying from Mangione's groupies, but as a phrase coming from Mangione's attorney as part of a legal motion filed to dismiss the federal case or get the death penalty tossed. As part of an evidence suppression hearing in the upcoming trial of Luigi Mangione, prosecutors play a 911 call placed by the manager of a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The McDonald's manager is not identified, and the hearing is the first time the 911 call is played in public. The manager is apologetic as she tells the 911 operator she tried the non-emergency line first and continues taking orders as she tells the operator, "I have a customer here some other customers were suspicious of because he looks like the CEO shooter in New York. "And they're just really upset and come to me, and I'm like, I can't approach him." The 911 operator, Emily States, testifies and is heard asking for a description of the individual, with the manager replying,"The only thing you can see is the eyebrows." Mangione's defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, objects to the 911 call being played, but the judge says he is allowing the call for this hearing. Mangione enters the courtroom in shackles, but the judge allows Mangione to sit unshackled and take notes at the defense table. Long lines outside the courthouse filled with women and men supporters trying to enter the hearing, hoping to get a glimpse of the alleged CEO murderer. Mangione's defense team is trying to prevent several key pieces of evidence from being allowed at trial, like the comment about the 3-D printed pistol. Angifilo claims conversations with correction officers were illegally coerced and should not be allowed. The defense claims Mangione is questioned for 20 minutes by Altoona Police Officer Joseph Detwiler without being read his Miranda rights. Therefore, prosecutors should not be allowed to introduce any testimony about statements made by Mangione to police. United States District Judge Margaret Garnett says she will rule on the defense’s request to drop death penalty charges and the exclusions at a later hearing. If the murder charge remains, Garnett a trial could start in late December or early January 2027. If charges dropped, Mangione's trial might begin this October. Mangione has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Mangione’s next hearing date for Jan. 30. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Sheriff Chris Nanos says he has not been blocking FBI access to evidence, even though we learn that the sheriff's office sent evidence, including gloves found inside Guthrie's home, to a Florida lab, not the FBI lab. Nanos says it's not even known if the gloves were connected to Guthrie's disappearance. Erin Strotman, a former 27-year-old NICU nurse initially facing 20 charges, gets a sweetheart deal after pleading no contest to nine charges of child abuse. The abuse came to light when Henrico County Police Detective Megan Lynch responded to Henrico Doctors' Hospital regarding a 5-month-old male in the NICU, found with a fractured left femur. Further examination revealed the child also had a fractured right tibia and multiple rib fractures. Investigators noted similarities between the injuries and those suffered by four males in the NICU during the previous summer. Following the earlier unexplained injuries, the hospital installed surveillance cameras throughout the NICU. Detective Lynch reviewed the surveillance footage and reported her findings. On November 10, Nurse Erin Strotman was recorded in the room with the baby identified as "Y.H." in hospital records. The footage showed Strotman grabbing Y.H. by the legs and applying pressure, placing her weight on them, and pushing the baby's legs backward until his feet reached his head. The video shows Y.H. crying and appearing to be distressed. Seven potential abuse cases are now under investigation, and police say more may be uncovered. Henrico County investigators are reviewing hundreds of hours of surveillance footage to piece together the events. Reports indicate that at least three affected families attended Strotman's court appearance. One father, speaking publicly, stated that another couple reported their child had suffered 12 fractures. Strotman has been formally charged in one baby's case, with the investigation ongoing. Her public defender stated that she has not yet entered a plea. Strotman remains in custody without bail, and her next court appearance is set for March 24. A Utah restaurant owner says accused killer Tyler Robinson treated himself to a steak dinner just hours after allegedly assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Robinson reportedly sat alone and kept to himself. Throughout the investigation, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed the FBI has investigated several “conspiracy theories” about Charlie Kirk’s murder that circulated online. They include theories about possible accomplices, the authenticity of the text conversation between Robinson and his roommate, the bullet’s trajectory, and even why Kirk, who normally wears black, was clad in white that day. Online sleuths also have hang-ups on the bullet's trajectory, since clear video of the shooting is still widely available online. Social media users of the younger generations are also questioning the authenticity of Robinson’s text messages to his “surprised” romantic partner. Gen Z influencers say most single 22-year-olds do not speak in full sentences over text and point out several examples of odd grammar from Robinson. They also question why Robinson writes his father was ‘MAGA’ like he’s mentioning it for the first time, and how Robinson’s roommate could have watched him engrave bullets and not ask questions. Robinson and his roommate, Lance Twiggs, were known recluses, rarely seen leaving their home except for work and school. However, neighbors noticed an unusual amount of traffic on their street in the weeks leading up to the shooting; many of them were marked with out-of-state plates. Robinson’s sickening porn search history surfaces. Robinson earned an award on Steam for frequently playing ‘Furry Shades of Gay,’ a collection of ‘choose-your-own adventure’ sex scenes between humanoid animal characters. On furaffinity.com, Robinson follows RedRusker, a controversial artist who previously published “cub porn” between a clearly adult character and an 8-year-old “possum.” Over 200,000 people gathered in Arizona for Charlie Kirk’s memorial over the weekend. Several people memorialized Kirk in powerful speeches, including his wife and both vice presidents. Vance and President Trump, Turning Point Faith’s Pastor Rob McCoy, and several other close friends. Bryan Kohberger’s incessant complaints are driving Idaho prison staff to possible drastic measures. The now 31-year-old threatens to harm himself over other inmates' harassment, and writes formal complaints about his access to commissary items and the quality of his food, down to the “type of bananas” served to him in his cell. Xana is the only victim with blood on her feet, indicating she stood or sat upright during the attack. Kaylee and Maddie both died as a result of their stab wounds, but Kaylee also suffered asphyxial and blunt force injuries to her head. Kaylee was stabbed in her face, head, and neck at least 24 times, 11 times in the chest, and three more times in her arms. Some of the stabs punctured the outer table of her skull and perforated her subclavian artery and vein, causing hemorrhaging in her chest. She also suffered injuries to her teeth and tongue. Investigators say Kaylee might have been attacked with more than just the Kabar knife. Maddie is stabbed in her face, head, and neck 13 times; in her arms 10 times; and five times in her chest, causing wounds to her lung and liver, and perforations of her subclavian vein and artery. Maddie’s septum was sliced and her tongue perforated. Autopsies for Spencer and Monique Tepe are complete, and show a much different scene of the murders than previously thought. More than a month after the Transparency Act’s deadline, the DOJ released three million pages of Jeffrey Epstein case files, 2,000 videos, and 180,000 pictures. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche says nearly twice that amount of pages were collected as “potentially responsive” to the act. Still, in the process of review, redaction, and de-duplication, it was whittled to the nearly 3.5 million pages now made public. Not all videos and images were taken by Epstein or someone around him. They include large quantities of commercial pornography and images that were seized from Epstein's devices, but which he did not take. The files include 2019 FBI emails suggesting 10 possible Epstein co-conspirators. The correspondence indicates 6 of those participants have served subpoenas: three in Florida, and one each from Boston, New York City, and Connecticut. The only unredacted names in the file? ‘Maxwell’ and ‘Wexner,’ possibly referring to former Victoria’s Secret CEO Les Wexner. Wexner, who had a public friendship with Epstein, said in 2019 he was "embarrassed" by his ties to the financier. His lawyers claim Wexner was “neither a co-conspirator nor a target” of that investigation. Julia Roberts' sister-in-law says Timothy Busfield is a creep who sexually harassed and humiliated her. She also says Busfield is like a rapist who compulsively and indiscriminately targets women. Eliza Roberts, wife of Eric Roberts, went out of her way to volunteer a statement supporting a 17-year-old girl accusing Busfield of sexual harassment on the set of the movie Little Big League in 1994. Eliza Roberts sees an article about a teenage girl who worked with Busfield on the film set, accusing Busfield of lewd and harassing behavior. Roberts says she was stunned to hear it, "because the same thing happened to me with him". The 17-year-old girl on the set of Little Big Leagues says Busfield invited her to his trailer, gave her alcohol, andpropositioned her. Roberts expresses regret that she did not take stronger action during her own encounter with Busfield. Fearing negative publicity, Roberts says these things can mushroom and get big; she did not want to be taken away from her children, husband, or her own career. Meanwhile, Busfield's attorney, Amber Fayerberg, calls the parents of his current accusers, scammers out for revenge when their child actor sons lost their roles on a TV show. Fayerberg claims the parents got their revenge as Busfield has been cancelled, and his career is over. Busfield's talent agency dropped him, with allegations of pedophilia plastered all over the global media. His life isruined. Brendan Banfield and au pair Juliana Magalhães carry on an affair for months. Banfield begins creating the murder plan after telling Magalhães he wants to get rid of his wife and divorce is not an option. He doesn't want to spend the money, nor does he want to share custody of their 4-year-old daughter. The jury has heard the murder plan Banfield came up with...a home invasion that involves giving Magalhaes a gun and instructing her to call Christine's phone when Joseph Ryan enters the home. Magalhaes is then supposed to call Banfield as he waits at a McDonald's near the home. Peres Magalhaes says Banfield changes his regular routine leading up to the murders so it would not seem out of routine for him to be at the McDonald's at that time of the morning. Ryan is shot by Magalhães, then Christine is stabbed to death by her husband. Magalhães confesses to police. Now a jury weighs in. Angelynn "Angie" Mock, a former TV news anchor, has been ruled mentally unfit to stand trial for the murder of her 80-year-old mother. Court records revealed that Mock suffers from schizophrenia. Mock has been ordered to a state psychiatric hospital for treatment. Shortly after 7:40 a.m., Alyssa Castro and her boyfriend are in their car in their south Wichita neighborhood when a neighbor waves them down. As the woman approaches, they see what appears to be blood on the woman's hands. The woman asks to borrow a phone to call 911, then takes off with the phone back into a house. A 911 dispatch reveals a possible stabbing and relays a message to first responders that a woman says that it happened in her home. Dispatch relays information that the person calling says the stabbing was in self-defense. She was trying to save herself from her mother. Arriving at the home at 7:52 a.m., Wichita police find a woman outside the house with cuts on her hands and blood on her clothing. Inside the house, they find 81-year-old Anita Avers unresponsive in her bed with multiple stab wounds. Both women are taken to the hospital. After Angelynn "Angie" Mock is arrested, her attorney requests a mental health evaluation. The case was taken off the docket while the evaluation is complete. A federal judge has dismissed the death penalty-eligible murder and weapons charges against Luigi Mangione, accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The judge ruled they did not constitute crimes of violence. This removes the death penalty. Federal stalking charges remain, with a trial set to potentially begin in October 2026 after jury selection in September. There is also a push for state murder charges. Also happening surrounding Mangione: a Minnesota man is arrested after trying to break the accused killer free. Mark Anderson reportedly presented himself at a New York federal jail claiming to be an FBI agent. He said he had a court order to release Mangione. In a shocking moment in the investigation, while Monique and Spencer are out of town at the Big 10 Championship game on December 6, McKee is captured on video entering the "curtilage" of the Tepe home. "Curtilage" is the property immediately surrounding a home and is considered an extension of the dwelling for Fourth Amendment purposes. In the second half of the championship game, Monique excuses herself and returns to the hotel room. This is at the same time McKee is at the Tepe home. Asked "why" she left the game, Spencer tells friends Monique is upset about something involving her ex-husband. During the time of the homicides, McKee's phone is left at St. Anthony Hospital in Rockford and shows no activity for about 17 hours from December 29 until after noon on December 30. Friends and family tell investigators how Monique's ex-husband McKee had been abusive and made numerous threats on her life during and after their marriage. Friends and family also tell investigators that McKee would force Monique into unwanted sex and strangulation. McKee tells Monique he can kill her any time he wants; he will buy the house right next door to her, and she is always going to be his wife. Brian Walshe has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. This after a Massachusetts jury finds him guilty of killing and dismembering his wife, the mother of their three children, Ana Walshe. Ana vanished on January 1, 2023. Walshe, 50, initially plead guilty to improperly disposing of her body and lying to police. He had changed his plea on the two charges before jury selection got underway for the trial, while maintaining that he did not kill her. Prosecutors say the 48-year-old husband dismembered Ana Walshe and discarded her body in multiple trash cans in the area. Police have recovered blood-stained items from the home, including a hacksaw. Ana's body has never been found. Joining Nancy Grace Today: David Studdard - Spalding County, Ga. Family members of Bryan Kohberger's victims are shocked by the new release of graphic crime scene photos with little warning. Kaylee Gonsalves' parents say they were made aware of it just hours before. The redacted photos show the bedrooms where the murders took place, clearly showing blood spatter on the walls, blood dripping on the beds, and blood smears on the floor where a battle of life and death took place. As it turned out, three of the photos showed body parts and the victims, and had to be taken down by the police. The families of Kaylee, Madison, Xana, and Ethan have filed a lawsuit against WSU, claiming the killings should not and would not have occurred if Washington State University had acted on multiple complaints about Kohberger's inappropriate, predatory, and menacing behavior, the suit seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial for negligence and the wrongful deaths of their loved ones. The 126-page complaint alleges WSU is at fault for bringing Kohberger to the Pullman-Moscow area, where they accepted him into their criminal justice program and hired him as a teaching assistant. Within weeks of Kohberger's arrival, WSU knew there were accusations of Kohberger's threatening, stalking, and predatory behavior led to more than a dozen formal complaints being filed about Kohberger. The families say WSU failed by not taking action and following up on the complaints about Kohberger, ignoring the warning signs that allowed Kohberger's behavior to escalate unchecked. The families claim, "On November 13, 2022, a foreseeable - and, in fact, predictable - tragedy occurred when Kohberger entered the bedrooms of four undergraduate students and violently stabbed them to death. These deaths should not and would not have occurred if WSU had acted appropriately." As the lawsuit heads to court, Kohberger's sister gives an exclusive interview discussing how the family is hurting. John Paul Miller pleads not guilty to charges of cyberstalking and making false statements to investigators, waiving his right to a speedy trial, not unusual in a federal case. Prosecutors claim Miller is a flight risk, citing a large safe, silver pieces, and valuable baseball cards found in Miller’s home as means to flee, in addition to access to a private plane. The judge sides with U.S. attorneys, setting Miller’s bond at $100,000 and ordering Miller must surrender his passport and wear an ankle monitor. The grand jury charges from November 16, 2022, until Mica’s death on April 27, 2024, 528 days, John Paul Miller harassed Mica. Count one claims Miller threatened to use nude videos and photos of Mica to harass, posted a nude photo of Mica online without her consent, placed tracking devices on vehicles used by Mica, placed Mica under surveillance with intent to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate, damaged Mica’s vehicle, and interfered with Mica’s finances. He also interfered with Mica’s daily activities. If he is found guilty of cyberstalking, his sentence could be five years, or it could be between nine and 10 years depending on the charges that the jury decides he's guilty of. Lying to police could equal another five to eight years behind that he could receive behind bars. So. he could get almost 20 years behind bars. "Little House on the Prairie" alum, Melissa Gilbert, sobs in court during hubby Timothy Busfield's pretrial detention hearing in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Emmy Award winner Timothy Busfield is now released from the New Mexico jail, pending trial for child sex abuse charges. Busfield is accused of inappropriately touching two 11-year-old twin boys while directing episodes of the hit TV show, "The Cleaning Lady." When Busfield joins the cast as an actor and director, he tells the boys to call him "Uncle Tim." The alleged inappropriate action happens on multiple occasions, and parents of the boys say Busfield masks the inappropriate touching as "play." One of the boys, "SL," states that he was touched on his intimate parts over his clothing. The parents say SL wakes up scared from nightmares and is diagnosed with Post-Traumatic-Stress Disorder (PTSD), due to about Busfield touching him. Allegations surface that one of the boys withdrew from the set and didn't want to go as much as before. The child actors accused Timothy Busfield of touching them inappropriately while working on the TV show, "The Cleaning Lady," told a totally different story when they first talked to investigators. Asked directly and specifically if they knew about private areas on their body that no one can touch, and both boys say "yes." When asked if Timothy Busfield ever touches their "privates," both boys answer "no." Lawyers for Busfield say he passed an independent polygraph and is innocent of all charges. Michael McKee's charges are upgraded to four counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, Spencer. The indictment specifies that the firearm used by McKee was equipped with a muffler or suppressor, commonly referred to as a "silencer." McKee also faces an additional charge of aggravated burglary for allegedly breaking into the Tepe home to commit the murders. Police say McKee is the person captured on video walking in the alley behind the Tepe home between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. the morning of the murders. Using license plate reader data and surveillance technology, detectives track McKee's vehicle traveling approximately 325 miles from Illinois to Columbus, Ohio, arriving shortly before the murders and leaving soon after. Investigators have yet to mention a motive for the murders, labeling the killings as "domestic violence-related." McKee and Monique were married for a short period of time and have been divorced since 2017, but a clerical error caused the divorce case to receive a new hearing date, appearing on the docket for this past June and showing a trial date for September, just three months before the murders. When court officials determine it is a clerical error, the court date for September is cancelled.
